Today is Wednesday, and my coworker is in a wedding on Saturday and the bridesmaid dress is tight in the tummy area. She wants to know what's the most effective workout to lose inches fast? Also, are there any foods that can help her to avoid water weight or bloating??

^^^Yep
This is probably the one an only time I'll say this. The only thing she can do to lose inches in that amount of time, especially in the hardest place to lose it is water weight (dare I say wrapping?)....spandex maybe?0 -
At this point honestly, a good waist reducing undergarment (girdle, corset, spanx) is the only choice.
She could do something drastic to dehydrate herself (like fighters do for weigh-ins). But, that is DUMB, because sure, she'll fit in the dress, but as soon as she eats and drinks at the wedding, the size will go back on.
So, undergarment is the best real solution in this case, unless an emergency visit to a seamstress to let out the dress is possible. Although, I don't know many seamstresses that can work with that kind of deadline (my mother is one--but she only does "emergency" work for her daughter, lol!).0 -
Thanks everyone for the replies so far. She is a thin girl but the dress shop measured her tight.0

Then there's nothing she's going to do to lose inches fast if she's already thin.0 -

Well, if this is the case, I would see if the shop can release the seams a little for her. I wouldn't wait, though--she should get there or ring them STAT, like right this instant! And be nice and grateful for any seamstress or foundation help they can provide, if any.0
