Should I lose or just maintain

Hi everyone! I just got back from a 6 week military officer leadership training. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight but was able to lose inches. I'm currently at 5'3.5" and 115 lbs. I wanted to get down to 112 but since I've lost some fat and hopefully gained some muscle I'm rethinking my goal. I know it's only 3 lbs but for someone like my height and built, 3 lbs is a dress size smaller. What do you guys think. Should I try to lose more weight or just maintain?

115 is a good weight for your build. I'd say maintaining is a good way to go. Just focus on eating healthy and exercising and you might still lose inches while staying around the same weight. Remember muscle is more dense than fat so you can lose inches while staying the same weight, because you are building muscle. I hope this helps!

I looked through your photos and you look just fine to me.

My advice is to quit worrying about the scale and worry about how you feel and look. Body shape / inches are more important than scale weight. Do you have any particular goals about fitness or just how you look? I would maintain and focus on fitness. I think strength is underrated, so I suggest lift heavy. Stonger can be very useful.
