Dealing with the leftovers...skin, that is.

I am thrilled that I have dropped 29 pounds thus far in my journey, and am looking to loose another 27 pounds. Recently I have noticed that I have excess skin on my arms. I don't feel like there's any other place on my body that has this same "issue". I'm not ready to fork out a gym membership to go lift weights, so I know that I can do tri-cep dips and kick backs with my 5 lb hand weights at home, but does someone have any additional exercises to help tone arms....I suspect I'm looking more for bi-cep and tri-cep focused moves. Ideas??

You can do whatever you want with those 5lb dumbbells but you're not going to build an ounce of muscle with them. If you don't have money for weights then you should do push ups, dips, inverted rows and pull ups. Realistically, if you want to build enough muscle to fill up your skin again you're going to need real weights.
