Diet Supplements

I was wondering if anyone took any diet pills while they were dieting/exercising. I'm currently cutting calories and doing exercise but it's week 2 and haven't lost anything. I see too much conflicting information online and figured a more tight nit community would be more successful for information.

I just started a gummy multivitamin because there was a coupon but wondered if my micro nutrients were out of whack. So I'm going to try this but would still be interesting in diet pills; in conjunction with diet and exercise.

I only looked at a day or two of your diary, but I am seeing a lot of entries using non-weighted amounts. For example, peanut butter entered by the tablespoon, berries entered by numbers, and ice cream by the cup. While I doubt the berries are of much concern, the ice cream and peanut butter could be a source of error in logging accuracy. Here's a great read on logging:

While it may sound like a silly thing to focus on. Logging inaccuracies can be one of the main things that slows progress down.

Another thing to keep in mind, is that weight loss is not linear, you will have good loss weeks, no loss weeks, and gain weeks. This can be influenced by extra sodium, new exercise routines, and TOM all causing water retention. The scale is a liar. Take pictures and measurements. Here is another great thread with a pile of helpful information:

Finally, weight loss pills and fad diets are unnecessary, and in many cases dangerous. You can do this without them and be healthier for it.

ETA: Have some patience, you can do this.
