New guy here! Can someone help me out with the difference or the correlation.
36, Sedentary (as of now) 6'6 280 desk jockey.
The http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator is giving me the following numbers:
BMR: 2336
TDEE: 2803
and for 2 lbs a week MFP has my caloric limit at 1920
Thanks in advance!

Should shoot for 1.0 or 1.5 a week, not 2.0. You are pretty tall.
General rule of thumb is eat more than your BMR but less than your TDEE.
You might want to pick up some weight training exercises (body weight can work too!) so you retain muscle mass as you lose.0
