Eating at 22PM after Weight lifting

So its 21:36 and i just got home from the gym Doing heavy resistance training. Not heavy as in heavy as in heavy weights. Just 3 chest excersises. One triceps excersise, one Bicep excersise. 3 Abs excsersise and 3 shoulder excsersise.. Then 10-15 minute cardio (Warmup and intense jogging after lifting 11.0speed and 2-4.0% incline+ 3minute cooldown)

Was thinking of making 100grams Wholegrain pasta and 200grams Chicken meat with pasta sauce.. 80% Tomatoes and some salt, onions etc.. Worried i wont get sleep tonight :P
