:huh: Can anyone actually do this entire workout properly?

If you can, did you work up to it or were you able to do it right away?

I can NOT do the scissor jumps. Nope. Can hardly even click my heels -- the modified version.

As far as the kicking jumping jack things -- I cannot imagine keeping the pace those girls keep on the video. I'm not too far behind them, but it's taking all I've got.

I love my new friend Jillian, have had great results, and don't plan to quit on this workout. But, holy moly! I'd love some encouragement if any of you got strong enough to do it.

    I did it.. But I hated the duck walk! It's very hard keep it up! I'm starting the body revolution tomorrow!

    Whew! The Duck Walk was torture, but I kinda loved it because I could feel it working.

    I'm in the 4th week now! I love Jillian work outs cause she works the entire body! I have to admit tho', I modify a loy due to my knees… I use some of her hard moves that my knees aren't affected.

    I'm a knee-move-modifier too. I'm too old to ignore any pain in my knees. I modify the lunges -- don't do the side ones at her pace, and I'm not doing the week four front-side-back-curtsey lunges.
