I'm 5'4 and about 112 pounds. I have gradually lost 8 pounds over the course of several months. As soon as I hit 114 and started a new weight lifting regimen 2 times a week, my periods started being irregular and almost non existent (unless I take herbal supplements like vitex on a daily basis). My weight loss is not drastic at all and I'm pretty sure my bf percentage isn't too low. I'm 19 years old, so menopause shouldn't be happening yet. I began having periods when I was 14. I weighed 102 pounds at the time while still being around the same height, so what makes my body incapable of having one at 112? I've been to the doctor already and they found out my testosterone is too low (even for a female), but that still shouldn't affect menstruation. Everything else was within normal range. I'm not stressed, I'm eating around 1600 calories most days, I work out, but not intensively and I'm eating plenty of good fats. What gives?

if you've been to the doctor and s/he says there isn't anything wrong, then perhaps your cycle is just becoming more irregular. i know my cycle underwent some drastic changes around age 20-21. are you currently/have you used birth control methods that could have affected your hormone levels?

My periods are not regular anymore. I used to have a normal 27 to 29 day cycle with an occasional 30-31 day cycle a couple times a year. Once I started running my cycles became longer. It started in March; I haven't had a 27 to 29 day cycle since February. In March it was a few days late, but nothing too drastic. But in April and May my cycles were like 32-35 days long. Again, late, but not too horrible. I had a period that started the day before Memorial Day in MAY. It completely skipped June and I got my last period on July 8th. It was in May that I really began increasing my mileage and increased more in June. The more I increase mileage, the longer it seems my cycles are. I still have them; just not in the 28 day format anymore.

I'm 5'3.5 and 103 lbs, so just a little bit shorter than you.

I would say just as long as you're still getting your periods, even though they are irregular, that is still okay just as long as the doctor ruled out anything else. With any changes can come an irregular cycle. And most women don't have the perfect 28 day cycle anyway.
