    last night was last night with family from holiday... bad night:)
    But today, back on track... last thing I ate.

    Portabello mushroom/hummus on whole wheat sandwich with lettuce, swiss, and blue cheese... great lunch after a 2 mile walk.:)

    Homemade chinese macaroni (with chicken, red and green peppers, green onions, soya sauce, olive oil, and of course whole-wheat macaroni!). ;) Plus a yogourt and half a cookie for desert.

    handful of potato chips, few cheese and crackers, and lots of grapes and strawberries at a childs 2nd bday party. Tried to keep in mind to eat healthy stuff too and not focus on the chips.

    four deviled eggs, a little heavy on the mustard and paprika. :( I'm going to have a bowl of my moms famous thanksgiving stuffing for her. It's my first year without her and I have made it this long wtihout eating it and its time to give in.
