123lbs want to lose over 6 pounds, anyone similar?

i am 123lbs want to lose 13 pounds. i am 5"2.

Mainly i want fat loss more so toning up my body.
I am counting calories but it is stressful.
I do not have money to buy all organic health foods, but i have cut out all sodas and junk foods and ive been mostly eating beans, rice, whole wheat breads, chicken, fruits veggies, etc.
i am 5 days a week walking for 1 hour and jogging 1 minute jog: 1 minute walk for 20 minutes.
i am also doing repetitions of crunches, push ups, squats and reverse sit ups.

if i continue this will i notice a difference in my body?
Has anyone had a success story with my similar weight?

    As far as losing weight, you'll see a difference if you're in a calorie deficit, which isn't automatically achieved just by cutting out "junk." There are people here who've been vegan for years and gained on it, for instance. Given that you're already at a pretty good weight, though, I'd advise against anything drastic. Maintenance calories (or a bit higher) and exercise would work fine for toning.
