Fat Free Cheese?

I have looked in a few stores, and for some reason I CANNOT find the fat free cheese.. or low cal cheese, or anything.
Is it in a different section? Will it not say fat free? Is it just a certain "flavour" of cheese?
I'm so confused. Lol. I'm sure it's right in front of my face everytime I go, but I keep missing it. What should I be looking for?

Thanks for any help.

If you're buying regular block cheese, there is no fat free, just reduced fat. You can get fat free cream cheese or laughing cow cheese is pretty low in fat.

Grated cheese and sliced cheese comes in fat free and reduced fat. But watch out for the sodium, when they take away the fat, they add something else.

You can sometimes get shredded cheese fat free, but be careful with that, because they add sugar to it so that it doesn't taste bad.

I prefer the cheese made with 2% milk because it has lower fat than regular cheese and lower sugar than fat free brands. Used in moderation it's the best of both worlds. :flowerforyou:
