What are some of your favorite juices or smoothies?

I like to do:
1 cup of spinach
1 - 1.5 cups of watermelon
1/4-1/2 cup of pineapple
1 cup of water

And blend until desired consistency.

    I add banana to this to make more creamy as I can't stand a watery smoothie. I alternate between spinach and berries (mixing the two is a not a good colour combination I found).

    i don't really like veg in smoothies i make fruit smoothies..banana, mango and stawberry

    i dont make my own because i hate cleaning up afterward.

    i LOVE carrot juice. it is filling and makes me feel amazing. and i never want to overdo it because it is rich.

    trader joes has it for pretty low cost too

    I really like:

    6 to 8 oz of fresh carrot juice (I admit I juice bags of baby carrots because it is easier/faster)
    Half tablespoon of pure cocoa (or cacao if you prefer to call it that)
    1/4 teaspoon of freeze dried wheatgrass (because it is easier and I can buy it on Amazon)
    2-4 oz of plain, unsweetened kefir (For the probiotics and per calorie some great protein. I use Lifeway brand, but when I can't get the plain, unsweetened kind I go for plain greek yogurt)

    Sometimes I add some pure whey protein isolate, but not always.

    1 scoop strawberry protein powder

    I've been making this one almost daily lately.

    1 cup of coconut water
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1 cup of spinach
    1 cup of frozen mixed berries
    2 kiwis
    1 tbsp of chia gel

    I split that between myself, and my 2 boys. They LOVE smoothies.
