Work Dinner @ Outback Steakhouse. Any recommendations?

Hey Guys,

I have a dinner for work tomorrow night at Outback steakhouse and would like to pick something out beforehand. I've never actually been there and don't usually eat at places like outback. Does anyone have any go-to options they recommend so as not to blow my diet?

Thanks!

here's the under-600 calorie section of the outback steakhouse menu - be sure and click the thing that says SEE MORE. the crab and avocado stack sounds tasty, and so does the sesame salad... but there's a steak, shrimp and chicken, as well.

Yeah I'd pick a meat/fish and a veg. They seem to have pretty a pretty good range of food options.

Just DON'T EAT THE BREAD. It's like candy.

Victorias Filet 6oz (I think - the small one) and steamed broccoli ... No bread :)

I've been since I started eating better. 6oz sirloin and seasonal veg is my go to.

What I've done in the past is order a normal steak, but cut it in half and take half home. Thin slice the next day and have it for lunch.

Ok thanks everyone! I think I'm gonna go with the 8 oz victoria's filet, the fresh veggies, and the side salad. Unfortunately I'm the type of person that if its in front of me, I'm gonna eat it haha so that cutting in half thing doesnt work for me. Also I work almost exclusively with older, southern, men and I feel like saving part of a steak just wouldnt cut it with that crew ;)
