plateauing/chocoholic

I lost 12 lbs slowly and easily in less than 50 days. Now I keep losing/gaining 2 lb... I keep eating chocolate when it's within my points or a tiny over and I think that may be it. I just need some motivation in general. How many calories should I allow for breakfast/lunch/dinner? My breakfasts have been high calorie lately and I am unsure if that's a good thing.

OK sorry for the rant. Add me if you want too!

I think high calorie breakfasts are good as they fuel you when you need it. Im on around 1400 a day, 400-500 is breakfast, 300 for lunch and 600 for dinner and snacks. If you lok atmy diary it doesn't always work out like that but that's what I aim for. I find if I don't eat a lot for breakfast I over eat the rest of the day.
I also dropped my mfp cal goal down to 1200 so it stops me going over 1400, psychologically it works to see me going over by 200 every day, makes me not want to go even further over.
    Hope you figure it out!

It is all about what your body needs to make it through the day. I wake up, workout, have a cup of coffee and then only drink water until 2 or 3pm. My body can't handle taking in too many calories earlier in the day. Now I don't want to confuse you, I DO eat all of my calories allowed in the day I just cram them into a 8- 10 hour window, the part of the day when I am actually hungry. Many people are different from me and need to eat 5 small meals a day or 3 equally portioned meals a day or whatever. You will have to play with your calories and figure out when your body needs the most fuel and eat more calories then and less later when you are not so hungry.
