A meal full of food whenever I feel like I want to eat it0

I make no claims for or against the value of my post-workout meal. Seeing as I do AM workouts, my post workout meal is my breakfast which consists of
-one egg scrambled
-two slices of bacon or a serving of smoked sausage
-toast, an English muffin, or steel-cut oatmeal
-delicious nectar of the gods; some people call this "coffee"0 -
Dinner And if I had to choose my favorite dinner it would be waffles.0

Home cooked dinner, and Hershey's unsweetened hot chocolate with a tbs of honey.0

My post workout is different if I am feeling in the mood.
Normally two scoops of Optimum Nutrition whey mixed with water
IF want to change it up, 1 scoop of ON whey, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a banana mixed with milk.0 -
