    You pretty much have to just suck it up to stay at 1200-1300 calories every day. It's tough. It's unnatural. You have to be relentless.

    I know a lot of people try to lose at the maximum rate possible in order to get this weight loss thing over with as quickly as they can, but that's how you end up only getting 1200 calories a day. Taking things a little slower can give you more calories each day.
