Making up for breakfast?

Last night was a late night, and it resulted in me waking up about 11:30am..therefore I missed my usual slot for breakfast.

Now (12pm) is around the time I would normally have lunch...so is there a way in which I can make up for missing breakfast, perhaps just eat more for lunch?

Any advice is appreciated.

    yeah, eat more for lunch, add in a snack before and after dinner. it will even out
