Hi, is there something you wanted to ask the community?
I can point you to photos of limbs prior to amputation due to neuropathy or stories of decreasing eyesight due to retinopathy or perhaps something affecting the circulatory system? All those are diabetes-related complications and while diabetes itself is "easily managed by taking insulin shots and measuring blood glucose" (it's not easily managed, some people just see the insulin as yet another "pill" solution), the systemic problems that arise from it are no joke. Maybe that's enough motivation for you? This may sound harsh, but it is reality, and I should imagine the biggest answer to "Why (should I do this)?"0 -
Without grumbling....Good for you!!!0
