rhubarb and icecream - under 150 calories for large portion

3 rhubarb stalks - 32 cals
icecream - full fat - 100 cals 3 tbls
low fat - 100 cals - 5/6 tbls
Splenda no calorie sweetener

boil rhubarb and 10 minutes or longer depending on how soft you like it
drain ALL water
5 tbls sweetener in 1/2 cup hot water
mix up
allow to cool a little in fridge then for few minute so it doesn't burn the mouth off you

all the icecream for summer - you know you want to

yummmmmmmmmmyyyyy

big portion too... have it with smaller or lower fat icecream and have lots more, very little in rhubarb

    excuse my ignorance - but what does Rhubarb taste like? I looked at it last night and thought, what would I do with that!?!?!? and sure enough here is your post today! like you were reading my mind!?!? EERIE! :huh:

    hi

    its bitter without the sugar, some people would make rhubarb tart or pie instead of apple

    much sweeter taste with sweetener/sugar

    it has nice texture and is a little tangy
