Anyone want to share their gym routine(s)???

Looking to change things up and hopefully this post will help others find new ideas and hopefully this post will help others shake up their routine as well :happy:

Currently I got to the gym monday-friday and my main focus at this time is weightloss (coming off a knee surgery). I do 20 min of recumbant bike, 20 minutes of weights - (looking for ideas) smith machine squats, hip abductor and aductor exercises with a step up, bench, shoulders, triceps, abs, (split sets alternate daily), and then finish with another 20 minutes of biking/elliptical/or treadmill.

My gym has limited equiptment however the free weights are my go to.

Please share your current routine and hopefully those who may currently shy from the free weights will get some ideas!! GOOOOOOO!!!
