Just changed my goals :)

Hiya,

Quite a few people I've spoken to on here have said due to how close I am to my goal that changing how much I need to lose would be a good thing, so I've changed it from wanting to lose 1 pound a week to 0.5 pound a week.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone could let me know if it has worked for them and if so why does it work?
