Hi all

going to give paleo a try ( I have fairly bad adhd and can never keep track of calories lol ) so figure this would be a good fit. However the giving up breads and pasta may be a little difficult :) . I am a 46 yr old father of 5 and a stay at home dad. Let's just say the 6 yrs away from a 70 to 80 hr work week have not been kind. At 220 lbs now ( down from a high of about 260-270 and looking to get to 185 or 190. I have started running and try to get at least a mile or 2 in daily. Would really love to have friends with similar goals to be accountable to so feel free to add if ya want to. I live in Cecil county Maryland.
