I'm thrilled today!

Today I feel great! I've been on a restricted diet for almost 2 weeks now, however I was having a tough time sticking to my calories-- I was so hungry. So I went back to what worked (for me) before -- low carb. Today is day 4 and I believe I'm in ketosis. I have energy and I'm not constantly hungry. Through each day I have had to eat a little extra to meet my calorie goal.

I agree with a calorie deficit but I also believe that people who struggle with hunger due to blood sugar levels that it's very beneficial for your appetite. At least it works for me and I feel great (again)!

Plus I'm down from 176.4 to 169.8 (some water weight obviously)
My first goal is 160-- whoo hoo!
