is it necessary for me to get down to 9st 7lb

I currently weigh 11st 12lb and I'm 5"7. I've always weighed more than I look which is super annoying. The funny thing is that I'm a UK size 12 and have even been fitting into size 10's. I'm not one of those deluded people either. I exercise 3-4 times a week and I lift weights too. I was 10st 4lb at my lowest weight and people told me I looked really skinny and my family kept telling me that I looked really emaciated. You wouldn't think someone whose 5"7 and 10 stone would look emaciated. Maybe at 8 stone. I'm aiming for 11 stone at the moment. Should I be aiming for 9 and a half, even 9 stone? I struggled to get past 10 and a half stone.

I am 5ft8 and also look slim at 10st.... I wouldn't go below 10st with your height and body composition... Just stop when you feel like it's something you can and want to maintain. I want to get to 9st but I look very thin at that weight.0
