I just learned about this and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what were the results and opinions. I know you still have to count calories. And one day high carbs one day low carbs. On high carb days you get an extra 300 calories

Makes sense because you shoudbhave,generally speaking, more energy for cardio type workouts.I increase my carb calories on my cardio workout days and thevresult is a higher calorie burn, most times!!!0
