When do you get tempted during the day?

What is the most difficult time of day for you when it comes to snack temptations, and how do you deal?
Unfortunately for me there are two key times: around 2-3 p.m. and at night when I've sat down for the day. I usually deal by giving in...so not helpful.
What do you do?
I start getting hungry around the same time as you do.
I drink lots of water and try to find something to keep me busy to get my mind off of the hunger pains till Dinner Time. If I need to snack 2-3 strawberries does the trick for me so far.0
