Hiya, I wanted to stop by and say nice to meet you all. :) I discovered MFP several months ago, then kinda forgot about it, and then got back into using it today. I'm currently doing the Keto diet, (on day 4).. and MFP is a lifesaver for logging everything and making sure I hit my macros and electrolyte levels and all that fun stuff.

I'm also really happy there's a community side to MFP. Having others with the same goals of being healthier makes dieting so much easier, than just going it alone.

I also love how complex MFP is (and that it's FREE.. thank youuu I am broke and have no money). It's awesome that they let you adjust your goals in the advanced section to custom things, track your water, track your exercise, add exercise to your goals... it's just great. So much more than just a "calorie tracker". Oh, and pie graphs. I'm visual, so seeing my diary day result as a pie graph really helps. heh.
