Hi!
I''m looking for some friends who have some experience and knowledge that are willing to answer some questions and help me make some sense of everything and hopefully come up with a plan.
I've done a ton of research and did a 6 month stint of stronglifts 5x5 -- but with so much information out there available i'm finding myself overwhelmed and confused with everything. I'm just looking for a friend to be an online exercise/diet buddy who has some knowledge (i'm not looking for a personal trainer or anything just a buddy i can sort of talk to and motivate each other) and can help me sift through all the information on here and come up with a good plan and give some good advice! I just joined a gym near me -- it's unmanned without staff to ask questions unfortunately!
I've already lost 100lbs on my own, now I'm struggling to get this last part until my goal done! Lifting experience is limited to stronglifts 5x5, and p90x which only used dumbbells, most of my cardio includes Zumba, kickboxing, walking, hiking, and the elliptical.
Message me any questions/FR me please, thank you!

Highly would suggest going to: bodybuilding.com
You can pick or customize a program depending on your level, and it will map a whole routine for you and what your goal is.
Keep MFP profile because it will help monitor your diet.
Edit: Also, good to know there's some southern illinois people around here0 -
Congratulations on the 100 lb loss! I also like bodybuilding.com. I pick out various routines and exercises also from fitness mags like Muscle and Fitness Hers, etc.0
