Hii there!
I'm Samantha, a 27 year oold girl from the Netherlands.
About a year ago I decided to change my life. I wasn't happy with myself.
So, I joined the gym and started to follow Bodypump classes. Which I like a lot!!! After a few months I saw some slow changes. But, I wanted more so I started to work out with 3 other girls and a personal trainer once a week.
She introduced me to weight lifting. I always thought it was the same as Bodypump... Well it's not ;-) .
A couple of weeks ago I pushed myself into the weight lifting room in my gym (I love the topic about that in the fitness forum!).
And I am so happy to see results so quick. I think you will find me in that section on this board the most.
I also got myself a challenge. I signed up for a obstalce run. 12k with no running experience at all!
So I just started running. I've done my first 5k last weekend and i'm really proud. Even when I know I have a loooong way to go.
My nutrition is a mess. I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible. Hopefully I find some good advise here!
I also saw that you can friend people? I have to figure that out ;-) .
I hope to meet some nice people over here and share our stories.
