I don't know the conversion so I don't know how much a stone is BUT...its hard to put time frames on losing weight.
A lot of it will depend on how much you have to lose. For example, if you only have a stone to lose, it's likely going to take you longer than a month and trying to force it faster could potentially be unhealthy.
Eat at a moderate deficit, work out if you wanna...that's how it'll come off. Just maybe not in the time frame.0 -

3.5 pounds a week? That's not going to happen in a healthy matter.0

Why do you need to lose 14lbs in a month, what's the rush?0

Oh, I've totally never heard of google.
Can't access google at work, or I would have looked it up myself. I don't live under a rock, but my internet connection does.0 -
14 pounds in a month?
Cut off a limb?
OK, that is uncalled for, but 14 pounds in a month is going to be really difficult ("normal" weight loss is <2 pounds per week, and even 2 pounds is a lot unless you have a lot of weight to lose). You don't say why a month, but may I suggest figuring out a calorie target that will keep you satisfied, will allow reasonable weight loss and try to forget about the 1 month target? There are some great resources for that around here. If you insist on the 14 pounds in a month, you are likely to get a lot of flack from people.0 -
you can't. healthy diet and lots of exercise. slow and steady.0

"Jefferson's proposal for units of measure included a "decimal" pound equal to 9.375 ounces (265.8 g) in the "customary" system and a "decimal" stone of 10 "decimal" pounds or 5.8595 pounds (2.6578 kg).
Neither Wilkins' nor Jefferson's proposals were adopted; but, in the Netherlands, where the metric system was adopted in 1817, the pond (pound) was set equal to a kilogram.[nb 2] and the steen (stone), which had previously been 8 Amsterdam pond (3.953 kg), was redefined as being 3 kg"
I think we'll need a metric or imperial representation to get what OP wants.
I'm going to second cutting off limbs, though.0 -
Topic: Lose stone in 81 days???
No offence OP, but you've been asking a similar question for the last month or so and several people have already given you the answer: eat fewer calories and exercise. Simples.

I lost 82 pounds in 178 days. Today actually I reached my goal. Switch to a paleo diet. No bread, Corn, Pasta, Potato. no canned or boxed food. no fast food and watch your sugar intake. Shoot for around 1700 calories per day eating meat, veggies and fruit. Eggs and raw nuts is fine too. No soda. Lots of water. Exercise EVERY morning. if you have the time and energy exercise sometimes in the evening. RUN every other day. Bike every other day. Swim 1-2 times a week if can. Do push ups and sit ups. If you do what I said and really put forth some effort you can and will lose that much in a month. Also it depends on how big you are. I know i had struggles on my way down at certain points but over all I lost about .406 pounds per day. YOU GOT THIS!0

Have a 49,000 caloric deficit.0

Why do you need to lose 14lbs in a month, what's the rush?
A/ A life threatening condition that requires immediate weight loss.
B/ Upcoming beach holiday with friends that are skinnier.
OP - 14lbs in a month is unrealistic, especially when you only have 18lbs left to lose. Please don't attempt it unless it really is option A above.0 -
I had a pet stone name Albert, I lost him after 1 week...or maybe he ran away. I dunno I never found him.0

It can be done. But can only be done in a healthy manner if you are VERY obese.
I lost a stone a month for about 6 months with negligible LBM loss until recently. I kept track of my body fat pretty stringently with my weight nad only lost .5 - .76 lbs of lbm a month typically. I did it by eating a sensible amount of calories to ensure my body always had access to a steady dietary supply. I was about at BMR+100 .Paying strict attention to my diet and being extremely sparing with any treats. And working my *kitten* off in the gym. Also supplementing with a multivitamin and cod liver oil.
However this strategy stopped working last month I hit 25.7% Bodyfat and lost 3lb of LBM in the process. So now my caloric deficit is up at a sensible level. So yeah it can only really be done if your are very fat and are prepared to work hard and be super strict with your nutrition.0
