Beginning to go from healthy to unhealthy eating...

I usually ate SO many vegetables, and good foods. Like, I would have eggs with lots of veggies in the morning, a fruit snack, lunch was lots of veggies with chicken/tofu, dinner would be yogurt with lots of berries, or tons of veggies with fish/tofu/lean meat and maybe rice etc. I'd snack on dry roasted chickpeas and fruit mainly.Occasional popcorn.

Now, I don't want to eat ANY of those foods: I just don't!! And I'm scared that I've stopped liking healthy food! All I want now is popcorn, fruit, yogurts (but only if I sweeten them), breads, processed meat (like deli meat), salty snacks, crackers. What is wrong with me???? I tried to make myself eat my old healthy foods but I was so unsatisfied that I just ate my "new" bad foods on top of the other food, and had a mini binge. I wanna eat well but I don't know why I can't! It used to be so easy, and I used to wonder how people dislike veggies and fruit and stuff. :(

Someone help me out here please :'(

No one told you you HAVE to eat only "healthy" foods. Eat whatever you want, as long as they fit into your calories. And besides, who decides what's healthy and not? Life is too short to fret over trivial matters; eat what tastes good to you, try your best to hit your macro targets, and stop stressing about it. If you stop demonizing foods and thinking of them as bad, you'll be a lot happier.

(By the way, I eat lots of crackers, chips, and other things some people refer to as "junk." I dare you to tell me that means my diet is unhealthy.)

This again? I already said, to stop is a mental thing. Tell yourself, do you want to lose weight or not?

Classic crash phenomena. You completely denied yourself something you like and now you are binging on it. Not only tat but tbh did you REALLY enjoy all that health food? Or did you simply force yourself to eat it all the time because it was healthy. You need to find a compromise. Eating healthy is great. I pay a lot of attention to the quality of what goes into my mouth. BUT two to three times a week I buy myself a nice sugary pastry or a soft serve ice cream and enjoy the living crap out of it.

DO NOT IGNORE THE FOURTH MACRO-NUTRIENT IT'S NAME IS "DELICIOUS" AND YOU NEED TO GET YOUR WEEKLY QUOTA.

I've lost 53 lbs eating the things listed as unhealthy. Perhaps, OP needs to change their view of foods and stop being so restrictive.

Moderation is healthy both mentally and physically. You get to enjoy yourself while you lose weight, while learning sustainable habits.

OP, I do think you should pick mostly nutrient dense foods to get your micronutrient intake and your macros but you don't have to label foods.

A healthy diet is one that includes everything. I say this a lot but a diet of only apples is no healthier than one of only bacon (bacon is tastier, though). You have to find that sweet spot of moderation to eat a balanced diet.

    Calorie deficit for weight loss.

Balancing your nutrient intake for health.

Stop looking at things in black and white ♡

I am losing weight but I don't look well. I don't have the "glow" I used to have. So I'm not binging on it- if I binge it's emotional and not about the food itself. I could binge on carrot sticks for all I know. I just wanna get all the vitamins i need and stuff! I'm also a dancer and it affects performance. That's why I worry.

Then, watch your micronutrients and hit that target. ..you don't get bonus points for getting more nutrients than your body needs
