New again

Hello all,

I've been here before but out of frustration I rage quit and deleted my account! I'm back now with the goal of losing 100lbs in the next year before my family trip to the UK. That'll put me at 175 (which granted is still 20lbs over my ideal BMI but I'm hoping 100lbs in 50 weeks is reasonable).

I'm 29, single, and I've been struggling with weight and body image issues since I was 12ish.

My aim is to become a stronger, healthier me.

I'm just eating well (everything in moderation) and doing various exercises such as walking, kettlebells, dance and the occasional 30 Day Challenge.

Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other.
