Still been working on that old protien level. :(. Like it's so out of reach for me to make 70 grams and stay in my deflect, what a balancing act...lol

Trying to be very careful not to go over calorie, fat, sugars.
I know there are low fat and sugar free things out there, but aren't they processed.

Been trying to eat whole and organic as much as possible without being anal about it, meaning if I end up a processed food on my plate somewhere, I'm not gonna say anything and just eat. Besides I can't afford to buy all organic foods, so I pick and choose.

I don't think no fat, low or no sugar diet foods are the way to go while I'm staying away from the processed food.

Can I get you opinion?

    My opinion:

If it makes you ravenous, if it makes you crave, if it makes you sick, if it makes you tired, if it makes you weak, don't eat it. Otherwise, have at. Especially if it makes you feel satisfied, if it makes you feel good, if it gives you energy, if it makes you strong.

What foods do which will vary from person to person.

You'll get varying opinions about what's considered "processed" and what's not. Cooking, after all, could be considered a process.

Personally, I eat anything and everything, while staying with my macros. I eat ice cream sandwiches daily, protein bars, diet soda, yogurt, ect... I've had good results and it's easier for me to adhere to a non-strict diet.

Other people have had success using other methods... stick with whatever works for you.

Pot roast has 28 g of protein in 3 oz. there is always cheap roast somewhere. Kale is cheap. Kidney beans are cheap. I hit my grocery early in the am when they lay out the markdown meat. Throw that puppy in a crock pot and yummy! buy a quarter cow from your local organic beef producer. Look on the internet. You will find one. Or even better get a friend who hunts to get you a nice 2 yr old doe. About 70 lbs of organic meat for around $0.99 a lb fully butchered and frozen

Well the kale wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, matter of fact that and the cabbage, from Taylor farms was really very good, and your right huge bag at Costco of baby kale cabbage salad was really good, it came with it's dressing pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries.
Thanks for suggesting the kale and the cabbage!
Between that, two ounces of chicken and a quest bar I actually went over my protien by 7, and only less than 100 on my calories!
Was a good day, I have never even come close to my protien.
    Thanks everyone
