I have yo admit I have been eating 300-400 calories more than maintenance these past days, and it may be water weight, but could it actuallybe fat added?

A pound is 3500 calories of excess food. So, to truly gain 5 pounds in 10 days, you would've needed to eat an extra 17,500 calories.0

It's most likely water weight, unless your estimated 300-400 calories over maintenance in 10 days somehow equates to 17500 calories in total!0
