My mom looks alot heavier than what she weighs. At 120 lbs, 5'2", she wears large/XLarge size 8-10 US. It's because there is more fat than muscle.

Just a note that the OP is from 2014 and who knows if she was using the same pictures at that time.

AH! Well than I direct my comments at the gal who bumped the post up. Chances are, she too is suffering for an unrealistic desire for perfection.

I'm only 4'11 and small frame. I am 150 currently and people say no way I weigh that much but yet when I get about 25 lbs smaller I don't look like I've lost much, lol. It takes a good 30 lbs or more before I will look like I've lost. It all depends on your height and frame.

Not sure if this thread was meant for the ladies only, or if it is open to men as well. I will say that I am a mixed bag concerning this question.

With my clothes on, I look like I weigh less than I do. I have very big wrists, shoulders, etc. and am fairly tall at 75".

When I take my shirt off and look in the mirror, I look like I weigh more than I do.

My husband is exactly the opposite of this. He looks a lot leaner/thinner without clothing.

But I'm exactly LIKE this quoted bit, just female. In clothing I look like a size 10 which I am. It's obvious I have wide hips/bum but I don't look very busty, really. Out of clothing I think most people would guess me to be about a size 14 and my bra size to be waaay larger than it is.
