Looking for serious fitness bud

I want to get serious about losing weight, and I am having trouble doing that by myself, would love someone to talk , and we can check in on eachother everyday and junk.
I gained 75 lbs when I was pregnant , when I had my son I lost 25 of it, I have been working out off and on for 2 years trying to get those 50 lbs off. Starting to feel depressed and just like **** in general, can't go up the stairs without losing my breath.
I have been getting joint problems, and other weight related problems. I'm only 20, I don't want to feel like this for the rest of my life.
Anyways , I am looking for someone to maybe text during the day, someone who lives in ontario, or if not in ontario then message on here.
I want to start running in the morning , and if someone else committed to that with me and could make sure I was doing it. That'd be great, I think this is exactly what I need to kick my butt in gear.

    You don't need to find someone to text. Just get a few good friends here on My Fitness Pal and you can encourage each other. Seeing other people post that they're going to the gym, running, or just trying to fit in a bit of ice cream in their calorie goal is very encouraging. You're always here online if you have the phone app. Try it out.
