Hi all!

I'm new to this site and hope that it will help me stick to my eating plan. Looking forward to sharing this weight loss journey with you, receiving and offering encouragement along the way.

I don't have much to lose (about 5-6 kg) but this extra weight has been impossible to shed and I have been feeling really discouraged about it. After trying a few fad diets I've decided to go back to the good old calorie count. I really hope this will make a difference.

    With so little to lose, set some reasonable goals; you shouldn't be aiming to lose more than 0.5lbs per week for example.... :-)

    I have set the goal of 0.5kg/week. I think that is doable if I stick to my daily allowance. Today was my 1st day of recording everything I ate. I hope this will help me stay on track, because I normally cheat a bit and fool myself about the amount of food I eat.

    I'd like to add people as friends but not sure how that works. Can anyone help?
