Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? had a salad for dinner

What would I have done differently? track calories and check in

What is today's personal goals? check in and track calories - not feeling well... might skip the gym and go for a walk instead

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked 2 miles even though I was tired

    What would I have done differently? to bed earlier

    What is today's personal goals? check in and track calories - not feeling well... (funny how I can Copy and paste you - GoldK) Get on the elliptical

    No weigh-in this Monday since it was all food all the time and no exercise while hosting 12 college kids.
  • Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Kinda, went a bit over on protein and like 2 grams on fat, but I think I had a bit of wiggle room, so I feel ok.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes indeed, I ran farther than I have ever run before. 5.5 miles in 60 minutes!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I ran over 5 miles for the first time ever!

    What would I have done differently? I should have snacked healthier instead of those yummy m&ms

    What is today's personal goals? I think to avoid the scale until tomorrow morning, it'll be hard, I'm excited to see how I'm doing.
