Nearly halfway!

I started my journey January 2014 when I made the decision to go vegan. Initially I wasn't trying to lose weight, but I found within the first two months I'd lost 5kg and by April I'd lost a total of 10kg. Since April I haven't lost at all, I've fallen off the band wagon but I'm hoping this post will inspire me to work towards losing the next 14kg.

In the top pictures I weighed around 84kg and the bottom pictures are where I'm currently at, 74kg. I haven't taken any measurements but my height is 5'3.

    omg this is so heart warming. I'm also 5'3.. I started in February logging with MFP and started around 87kg.. and now I'm 71kg.. it's not easy and I'm glad you are nearly halfway to your goal.. You look amazing.. I don't look anywhere as good as you.. can you share what did you do to lose 14kg?

    I'm sure you look amazing too. I've only lost 10kg so far but to do that I just went vegan and cut out all animal products. I think a big part of it though was that I wasn't trying to lose weight, I was just trying to be healthy and live ethically.

    You look great! :love: It's OK if you have periods where you don't lose. Just make sure to maintain during those times. That way, when you start up again, you haven't lost any ground. Good luck! :flowerforyou:
