Cyclical Weight Loss

Just wondered if anyone else out there finds their weight loss moves in cycles. I have charted my weight loss over the last 18 weeks & notice a pattern developing, whereby I seem to loose 5lb over 2-3 weeks & then stall for 2-3 weeks & then I loose 5lb again.
I have looked at my levels of total cals eaten, cabs, fats, water and exercise levels & there seems to be no clear reason why I should stall for 2-3 weeks. I'm trying to look at the bigger picture & know that my weight loss in heading in the right direction (I am averaging about 1lb per week). I was just curious to know if anyone else saw a similar pattern in their weight loss?

Yup I saw a pattern just like that. No weight loss for 2 weeks then 2 lbs in one week!0

Too early to say for me; but it does seem to be headed that ways. I lose 2-3 kgs and then stall for 4 odd weeks and then lose again!0
