Just another August goals post

What are yours? Mine is simple- to stay within my calorie goal.

In an ideal world I would also like to eat cleaner, lost at least 5 lbs and beat night eating.

    My goals:

    Get more sleep, exercise at least 30mins four times a week....

    -10,000 steps a day, every day including those that I'm off work and more sedentary
    -start Stronglifts
    -increase my water intake
    -lose enough weight that I can hit onederland in September

    -drink more water (which is very hard for me to do)
    -work on upping my time at the gym on the machines

    Mine are

    - keep exercising, which is proving a bit harder to fit in now it's the school holidays
    - lose 4lbs which will get me back to the weight I was before I was pregnant with my eldest

    But we're on holiday for a week this month so I know it's going to be a bit trickier :)
