Afraid for being judged? I get nothing but good advice from my friends. I doubt you are being judged, you are probably feeling guilty. If anyone judges me, I delete them. You can do the same.

Add me! Now, I have my days where I eat my weight (which is alot :)) in veggies and then some days I decide that I can have a hot dog or chicken cutlet. The thing is, yes, eating clean is better than unhealthy eating. However, I understand that sometimes family buys unhealthy stuff. Workout eat, eat less, swap some unhealthy meals with some healthy meals and work your way up until you wont want to eat unhealthy. Today I had a left over red lobster biscuit (160 cal) and a bowl of oatmeal (100) for breakfast and I am okay with that! It's ok to have a 'bad' choice here and there, and dont feel as though you will be judged for it. You are here for YOU and to work on you. We are all here for that reason! Swap some bad choices for good and workout and you will work your way from there. Just make sure not every choice is unhealthy! :):) - Brit

You should get friends that have similar goals (losing weight, gaining weight, ect.) That way you can check out their diary and see what kind of food are giving them success. I don't think many people will judge you hear if you are trying to lose weight as long as you are not doing anything plainly unhealthy. Gaining weight is another story, any thread that highlights the difficulties of getting enough calories will be swamped with people who are on calorie restrictions sarcastically saying "poor you" and "I wish I had your problems".
