Hey everyone

I figured I would post a hello on here and see how it goes. I am currently about 3 months into my weight loss journey, and have lost 40 pounds, Would like to lose another 100 at least. I guess in order to get to my ideal weight I would need to lose another 117. Figured I would post on here so I can meet some others who are going through the same thing. I am one week into the 30 day shred, and feeling great. Eating healthier and exercising at least 5 times a week.

  • Hey Stephie, I see your picture with your little one. I am shedding the baby weight as well. No, not really I loss the baby weight, and gained it back. Congratulations on your 40 pound weight loss. The month of July was my first month being serious, counting calories, eating healthier, portion control, and exercising 4-6 days a week. I have loss 12 pounds so far. I have a thyroid issue, so I am excited about the 12 pound weight loss. I feel better this month then I did prior to implementing healthier choices. I have another 80 pounds to lose. If I wanted to be what society says I should be I would really need to lose another 120 or so, but I feel more comfortable with 80.
