I noticed something odd this morning. I first noticed it a few mornings ago, but thought that it was a one time glitch. Today, I decided to take a day off to rest. I've been walking three mi. a day and my feet are sporting three new bandaids. So, when I looked on MFP this morning it said I'd earned -153 calories for exercise for the day. Is this normal?
I have MFP set to lose 1 pound a week. I used to do two and was successful when I lost weight previously. However, I did not sustain it and thought the 1 pound would be more logical.
Does anyone else get negative adjustments to their allowable calories for the day? I'm wondering if I should just cancel my rest day.

It's something that the interface between the UP24 and my fitness pal. I don't know how it works but I've got something similar on my fitbit. I think it's related to the resting metabolic rate or something.:ohwell:0
