Looking For Easy Workout Videos

My future mother in law wants to start working out to improve her health. She can't do anything intense as of yet. What's an easy video for an older woman that doesn't involve heavy stretching or jumping or anything of that sort? I want to start her off slow just so she can get in the routine of working out.

I think she already has those, but thanks. Glad I know we can start her with those.

VanessaGS, YouTube has a ton of different workouts. I don't know what fitness level she would like to start out with or what kind of workouts shes thinks she might like , but I'm sure she could find something to match her current fitness level. Also, there are a couple of boards aimed women over 50 and you might find suggestions there:

My knees can't take a lot of of lunges and jumping, so I modify a workout routine where needed. When I started working out, I used some of The Firm workouts (Total Body Toner and Hi-Def Sculpt) and modified those to avoid the lunges and jumping.

    Hope this helps!

Is there a good senior center in her area? At our senior center, they have classes for people who are just starting to exercise, or who are recovering from an illness or surgery. They also have classes that are done sitting in a chair.
