Has anyone read, "This is why you're fat" by Jackie Warner and followed her nutrition/work out program? I just wondered if there are any success stories out there. I read the book and it was motivational. It makes sense to cut out all the sugar. I guess we'll see how I do with her program...

That website is so fun, I made my own version of peanut butter banana French toast after seeing it repeated over and over last year but my version was slightly healthier (whole wheat bread and egg beaters for example) and if you eat just 1/2 as a dessert, it was only 3 or 4 WW points (like <150 cals)

I love to eat but there is no way I could choke down the things pictured there.
  • Like most of the other respondents I too thought this was about the website, which I love. I use it as motivation. If I'm feeling really hungry but want to guilt myself out of snacking, I peruse thisiswhyyourefat.com for a few minutes to remind myself what it means to be out of control with regard to binging on food that tastes good rather than being good for you. Contrary to some, I actually find about half the things on there to look positively delicious and I would definitely eat them were it not for my committment to losing weight.

Peanut butter and banana stuffed french toast is like the ultimate food on the planet. There's a restaurant near here that serves it. I plan to reward myself with some when I hit my GW

BTW that site is incredible, I used to browse through it and look for ideas to cook. I actually made the Bacon Explosion for a party at my house once. I practically felt my heart stop when I ate it.

I should head back to that site for more fun ideas.

I hate you, you are evil!

J/K I am tempted to try and make that for myself now, but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to eat just half.
