Helloooo
Ive recently decided that it is about time that I lose weight! I have always been overweight but was shocked to find out my BMI was 31! So I was thinking of joining a gym and starting eating healthily... does anyone go to virgin active edgbaston? Its the closest gym to me. I like swimming and used to go to aerobic classes but I'm not really into the whole running on a treadmill alone business.
Any advice on choosing a gym or reviews from people who go to virgin active will be much appreciated

    except i actually looked it up before i suggested it. took me .001 seconds and it was the first hit
