    You know what's hysterical to me, how Texans and Californians both have the exact same attitude about their state. The best part is, the ones who feel strongest about their state, are also the ones who have never actually lived in any other state. Heck in most cases they've never even set foot outside their state. I know this because I have studied the natives of both regions, there's honestly very little difference.

    There are two things you do not mess with: perfection and Texas. Coincidence? Yeah, probably.

    I've lived in multiple states, and travel a lot. I still think Texas is the best.

    LOL, I know it happens, just saying the attitude is hysterical to me.

    My favorite state would have to be New York, but I'm from California. I visited New York City temporarily and loved it.

    I have a good friend in east TN; Newport in the Smoky Mountains. Visit him every chance I get. Some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen.

    Texas. They make my favorite food there--MEAT! Oh and TexMex:love: Besides, most of my extended family (that I like) lives there, San Antonio area.

    one of the reasons i love it so! Go east and youve got GORGEOUS beaches. go west and breathtaking mountains. Not too shabby cities and towns in between :) We are going to Cherokee for an after wedding trip and will probably stroll into TN too.

    I will say my home state of Minnesota. It's green, it's clean and we have a lot of water. Besides, the winters kill the bugs and whatever people survive the winter come out of it strong and determined. Or so we tell ourselves. :wink:

    We say the same thing over here about Wisconsin. We have TWO Great Lakes and forests and fishing. And for some reason a whole lot of serial killers...Hmm, I still say TEXAS :laugh:

    I can't believe people have actually picked South Carolina. Why?!

    My favorite state of the states I've visited would probably be California.

    I've been to: Virginia (born), Illinois (raised), South Carolina (now), North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, West Virginia, Indiana, California.

    Technically, gas is hotter than liquids or solids.
