How to tell a co-worker politely that they stink
Anyone know? I work in a print shop where we print tee shirts, and there is one guy there who either has never heard of, or does not believe in, deodorant. He's a nice guy in other ways and despite some of my posts on here, I am not wanting to hurt his feelings. But it gets pretty hot in that shop and after just a little while I literally cannot stand being around him. I think a dead body would smell less offensive.
Any idea how to tell him this without upsetting him?

The direct approach. Polite is relative, because they're going to get offended, regardless, if they're easily offend-able.
If you're not good with this type of 'dirty' work, take it up with his supervisor/HR so they can tell him.0 -
Just be upfront and honest. Sometimes people cant smell themselves. I would want to be told.0
