Has anyone ever had Muscle Adhesion's?. What worked best for you to help with the pain?

There are Physical Therapies and Massage techniques that can be administered to strip these adhesions away. It is a little painful, but effective. Consult with a Physical Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist , or possibly a Chiropractor or Naturopath. You can see a GP, but they tend to want to prescribe rather than attack the root problem.0

No, but I was a Licensed Massage Therapist. That's how I met my wife.
By the way, drink lot's of water, before and after your treatment. When you strip muscle adhesions out, you need to flush them from your body, otherwise you could get some nasty headaches. Your therapist will tell you this.
